I want just to share with you my experience, Im proud of my shape now, before as you see in the left picture my shape wasnt good, I have not been exercising  as often as I was. So, my weight has increased significantly, seeing the left picture reminded me of those black days as I called them, there was no dresses fit me, no trousers suit me. Frankly, I couldnt wear jeans and tights and when I wore them I looked like a  big monster, my thighs were big and wrinkles appeared obviously from far. So, now thank to god and my friends who motivate me to continue doing exercise. before and after pictures of weight loss
