Hello everybody, the picture that on the left I took it in 2/12/201, I was in bad shape I was about 180,and after following my friends advice, which is doing some abdomen exercises, I got a good shape as you see in the right picture Im 130 .first, I was not know how I could do that.By the way, I have a good friend who loves me and want the best for me.Then, she has given me a blog that she has found when she was searching on google, she told me that there is a book on that blog which can help you to lose that fats in short time,So, I followed her instructions and bought that book Its cheap, It deserve more than that price I dont want to share that blog to not to do publicity, but now as much as Im happy about my new body shape, Im gonna show you the blog, the blog is
